Warranty

Hercules provides warranty coverage to the original buyer of playground or dog park products for the warranty periods specified below. Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original buyer.

The warranty period begins on the date of product delivery to the buyer. All warranty claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period. Claims received after that period will not be honored. The original buyer must submit a written description of the issue to Hercules, along with photographic evidence.

If the warranty claim is approved, replacement parts and/or equipment will be shipped at no cost to the original buyer. Replacement parts are covered for the duration of the original warranty period. If a warranty claim is not approved, replacement parts and/or equipment may be purchased at the buyer’s expense.


Warranty Limitations:

The longevity of all products depends on correct installation, proper maintenance, and proper inspection; therefore, the following are not covered by our warranty: 

  • Cosmetic damage from normal use, including surface scratches, minor chips, hairline cracks, dents, color fading, corrosion/rust, or warping of recycled plastic.
  • Damage resulting from excessive misuse, vandalism, abnormal use, abuse, negligence, lack of maintenance, exposure to corrosive substances, or extreme weather conditions.
  • Products modified, altered, or repaired following original purchase and/or installation.
  • Products removed from their original installation site and reinstalled elsewhere.
  • Installation or use in high-salinity environments.
  • Improper handling during transport, storage, or installation by the buyer.
  • Cost of freight or labor for removal and/or installation of repaired or replacement parts

1. Limited Playground Product Warranty:

3. Other Amenity Products Warranty:
